Our Story
Bardot Coffee Roasters started with a simple idea: that the best coffee shouldn't come from a factory — it should come from people who care about every detail. We roast in small batches right here in Tustin, so you always get coffee at its peak flavor.
Our roastery sits on the busy stretch of El Camino Real, but step inside and you'll find a warm, unhurried space where the baristas know your name and your usual. We source directly from farms that practice sustainable agriculture, then roast in Tustin so the flavor arrives fresh in your cup.
